Two sculptures, Vine Birds (2011) and Cat Bird (2016) will be available for sale at the fresh stART benefit along with many other excellent art works chosen by curators from Los Angeles. Fresh stART is a one-night fundraiser for the art education programs at Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA) held at Arena One Gallery in Santa Monica, Saturday, February 6. You can purchase tickets and learn more about the event here. Many thanks to McLean Fine Art for inviting me to show my work for this great cause!

This Saturday, January 23, two new little sculptures are making their public debut in Weirdos at Giant Robot in Los Angeles. Come out and see Fledgling (Leopard/Bird) and Long-eared Panda along with many other weird animal works of art! See the opening and exhibit details here.
The Weirdos exhibit opening coincides with a huge Year of the Monkey show at GR2 (across the street), so come out and see both! "Like mastering a record to produce a polished sound, Broz and DeFord fine-tune their kitsch mementos for an exciting final effect," exhibit curator Hayley McSwain.
I am very excited to announce my upcoming exhibit with fiber artist Nick DeFord, Mixed & Mastered: Turntable Kitsch at the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft. The exhibit opens February 5 and will continue through mid-May, 2016. Get the exhibit details and learn more about the work here.
