Ghosts and Guardians marks the Swiss debut of ceramicist Debra Broz (Seattle) and painter Máté Orr (Budapest / Sicily). Rarely exhibited in Europe, Broz joins Orr, who presents in Switzerland following recent shows in London and Madrid. Galerie Soon brings together two practices that transform the familiar into the strange. Orr’s human–animal encounters and Broz’s reconfigured figurines both disrupt comfort and certainty, balancing humor with unease.
